1. Material

2. Manufacturing Process
The production of electric galvanized welded wire mesh (post-electroplating) follows a strict 6-step automated workflow to ensure product consistency and quality stability:
1.Wire Drawing: High-quality low-carbon steel coils are drawn into steel wires with precise diameters through professional wire drawing equipment, with a diameter tolerance of ≤±0.02mm, and the wires are softened if necessary to enhance flexibility and firmness.
2.Wire Straightening: Automated straightening equipment is used to ensure that the steel wires are straight and evenly aligned, which is crucial for the uniformity of subsequent mesh sizes.
3.CNC Welding: Digital automatic welding equipment is adopted for row welding. The welding points are uniform and firm, with a tensile strength of ≥300N per welding point, avoiding loose welding or missing welding. The whole mesh surface is flat and free of distortion, and will not loosen even if partially cut or stressed.
4.Pre-Galvanization Treatment: Before electroplating, the welded mesh is thoroughly decontaminated and derusted to remove oil stains, rust and impurities on the surface. This step is critical to ensure that the zinc layer can be firmly attached to the mesh surface and improve the corrosion resistance of the product.
5.Post-Electroplating (Core Process): The treated welded mesh is subjected to electroplating processing, which is the key difference between post-electroplating and pre-electroplating. The mesh is placed in an environmentally friendly electroplating tank with anode (zinc) and cathode. Through electrochemical reaction, zinc ions in the solution are uniformly deposited on the surface of the mesh (including all welding points), forming a dense and uniform zinc protective layer.
6.Post-Treatment & Quality Inspection: After electroplating, the mesh undergoes passivation and oil coating treatment. Passivation forms a dense chemical conversion film on the zinc layer to further improve corrosion resistance, and oil coating prevents the zinc layer from oxidizing and generating white rust during transportation and storage. Finally, 100% welding point pull test and zinc layer thickness detection are carried out to ensure that all products meet international standards before leaving the factory.
3. Post-Electroplating Process Details

Note: For small animals such as rabbits, pigeons and mink, we recommend fine mesh sizes (6.35×6.35mm – 12.7×12.7mm) to prevent escape; for large livestock such as cattle and sheep, we recommend thick wire diameter (1.8mm – 3.0mm) and large mesh size (25.4×25.4mm – 50×50mm) to ensure structural strength.
